After contacting Assured 24, i had a meeting on the premises within 24 hours where we agreed that Assured 24 would be the first response to calls from the alarm monitoring company. They ran through the keys and entry procedure as well as all the contacts that may be needed on our behalf including glaziers and locksmiths as well as best contacts in the event of an intruder.
